
What Are Public Comment Listening Sessions For?
The Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC) will be holding three Public Comment Sessions, as it reviews the Mass Save Program Administrators’ draft for the next Three-Year Plan. The purpose of these sessions is for the EEAC to hear from members of the public on issues related to the Massachusetts energy efficiency programs, known as Mass Save. You can comment on any topic related to the energy efficiency programs and the draft 2025-2027 Three-Year Plan.
How To Attend:
All sessions are over Zoom.
Session #3: Monday | June 3, 2024 | 6:00 – 7:30 pm
How To Testify:
- 1. Sign up to attend
- 2. Email ma-eeac@mass.gov by 5 pm the day prior to the session to request to provide comment
- Please note that each person will be given three minutes to speak

Our Priorities
- Reduce financial barriers, especially for underserved and lower/middle income residents.
- Full decarbonization of existing residential buildings (ERBs) at the lowest possible total cost to the public.
- Comprehensive customer service program to support the broadened mission.
- Expand systems high-quality services efforts to meet performance targets.
- Customize and target outreach to meet equity and emissions objectives.
- Ensure that the workforce required for the expanded mission is trained and ready to meet Mass Save goals.
